Rotary Tables MG
MG rotary tables are accessories that can be incorporated to JUARISTI or to any other manufacturer machines, either for brand new or for installed ones.
The standard model has 2 movements : table rotation on the saddle (B axis) and linear movement on the bed (V axis). Optionally it can be supplied only with the rotation movement (B axis).
The smallest model MG-6, has a worm shaft-gear system for B-axis, while all the rest are provided with 2 pinions and preloading system for backlash automatic elimination.
B-axis is hydrostatic for tables over 20 tons capacity.
V-axis guiding can be with LM guides for 6, 12 and 20 tons capacity and combined antifriction material + roller shoes for 12, 20 and 30 tons.
For tables over 50 tons capacity both movements are fully hydrostatic.
There is a wide range of rotary tables from 6 up to 125 tons capacity..
